Attorney Charles A. Higgs practices primarily in the area of bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. Mr. Higgs has represented small businesses in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and individuals in cases under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Higgs also filed the first bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York under the new Sub-chapter V of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
