Attorney Charles A. Higgs practices primarily in the area of bankruptcy law and commercial litigation. Mr. Higgs has represented small businesses in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and individuals in cases under Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Higgs also filed the first bankruptcy in the Southern District of New York under the new Subchapter V of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Attorney, Melissa Wotton, practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial and residential real estate, and contract drafting and negotiations. Mrs. Wotton has successfully renegotiated leases for corporate clients, has guided individuals through personal bankruptcy, and has represented small businesses in adversary proceedings. Mrs. Wotton previously served as in-house counsel for a corporation in Midtown Manhattan, where she guided the company in negotiating commercial leases, government contracts, and other agreements. Mrs. Wotton also guided the company in forming corporate entities and establishing offices throughout the United States.
